Inner Gold Workshops

A free monthly healing workshop in Los Angeles

Some wounds don't have words yet. They live in the body; in tension, in stillness, in the breath you've been holding for longer than you remember.

Inner Gold Workshops are free, in-person workshops designed for survivors of trauma and substance abuse who are ready to explore healing through movement, music, and creative expression. Each session is led by specialists in dance and movement therapy, music and sound healing, and visual arts, offering multiple pathways into the same truth: that your story deserves to be expressed, not buried.

What to expect:

A full day in a safe, facilitated space with others who understand. You'll move through three guided experiences: body, sound, and visual, each designed to help you reconnect with parts of yourself that trauma tried to silence. No experience is necessary. No performance is expected. Just presence.

How it works:

Inner Gold Workshops are offered monthly in the Los Angeles area at no cost to participants. Space is limited to ensure an intimate, supported experience. Applicants complete a short form that includes a brief reflection on their healing journey and a confidential wellness check-in. Every application is reviewed with care and compassion.

For survivors: This is not group therapy. This is not a classroom. This is a space where your body, your voice, and your hands get to tell the story that words haven't been able to. You don't have to be ready. You just have to be willing.

For those who want to help: Every Inner Gold Workshop — the space, the facilitators, the materials, the meals shared together — is made possible entirely by donations. Your contribution doesn't just fund a workshop. It funds the moment a survivor realizes they are more than what happened to them.
