Alcoholics Anonymous (AA) Find your local number at their website aa.org A worldwide fellowship offering free support meetings for people who want to stop drinking. No fees, no judgment — just community and shared experience.

Narcotics Anonymous (NA) 1-818-773-9999 na.org A nonprofit fellowship for people recovering from drug addiction. Meetings are free and open to anyone who wants to stop using drugs, regardless of background.

National Domestic Violence Hotline 1-800-799-7233 (1-800-799-SAFE) Text "START" to 88788 thehotline.org Confidential support 24/7 for anyone affected by domestic violence. Advocates are available by phone, chat, and text to offer safety planning, resources, and a compassionate ear.

Veterans Crisis Line Call 988, then press 1 Text 838255 veteranscrisisline.net Confidential support for veterans, service members, and their families, 24/7. Staffed by responders who are themselves veterans or have experience supporting them.

Counselors are available in English, French, Cree, Ojibway, and Inuktitut.
